Rikki Fulton and Jack Milroy
as 'Francie and Josie'
on stage at Glasgow's Kings
Theatre.
'Francie & Josie' began
in 1960 as a sketch for the Five Past Eight revues in Edinburgh
and Glasgow and eventually starred in their own pantomimes such
as the oldest babes in 'Babes in the Wood' and new pantomimes
written for them such as 'Francie and Josie in Wonderland.' On
several occassions they even played panto with Rikki (Josie) as
the Dame. With Jack (Francie) playing opposite. King Francis
and Queen Josephine in Sleeping Beauty is an example. Some
years however, they went seperate ways in panto.
